Marisela Santana is a licensed real estate broker with a passion for every area of the industry. She is the founder and CEO of Invierta Group and has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry including Latin America and the United States.

Aside from being a broker, Marisela is a Certified Public Accountant. After graduating, she worked for two years at KPMG, one of the top consultancy firms in the world, which prepared her to make financial analysis and projections in real life, to be structured, and to present numbers in a simple, yet reliable way. This experience gives her an added value in the Real Estate industry because those are the foundations of a good investment.

Marisela’s journey in the industry began in 2009 working in pre-construction projects back in Venezuela, which allowed her to learn the industry inside out and to understand the importance of guiding clients through the process to ensure meeting their expectations. Without a doubt a very insightful experience, but she always envisioned having her own company and the knowledge acquired prepared her to create Invierta Group.

Currently, Marisela also specializes in the areas of insurance and heritage protection, which allows her to advise her clients in a more rounded way for them to feel safe and secure with their investments.
