Miami Beach
One of Miami’s most famous neighborhoods without a doubt is Miami Beach. Tourists come from all over the world to spend time in its majestic beaches, take a walk and go shopping and dining in Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive and catch a glimpse of the many celebrities that hang out in this popular Miami area.
Locals also love this neighborhood because of its beautiful beachfront buildings, trendy restaurants, parks and active nightlife. Miami Beach it’s also popular because of its Art Deco historic district which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places due to the largest collection of Art Deco in the world.
A very coveted area of Miami Beach is South of Fifth. Sofi, as it’s commonly known, is one of the most luxurious areas in South Beach. It is a very affluent neighborhood with gorgeous sandy beaches, delicious restaurants, waterfront park and luxury living.
Miami Beach is filled with private islands and gated communities with views of the Biscayne Bay. Some of the most popular areas are Venetian Islands, Sunset Islands, Star Island and Pine Tree Drive.
One area that has received a lot of publicity in recent years is Indian Creek Village or Billionaire Bunker, a private island with 34 homes, a golf course and a country club whose popular residents go from spanish singer Julio Iglesias, top models Adriana Lima and Gisele Bundchen, football star Tom Brady to, very recently, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
